Inclusive Pedagogy

As all the seas are difficult to sail through, Associação Infante de Sagres is proud to furnish an individual, multidisciplinary and inclusive teaching to all the children, with or without Special Educational Needs as long as we can give a pedagogical answer and the correct therapeutic.

Inclusive Nursery

The AIS nursery is inclusive and gathers children between the age of 4 months to the age of 2, with or without Special Educational Needs as long as we can guarantee a pedagogical answer and the correct therapeutic.

Inclusive Pre-primary

The pre-primary of AIS gathers children aged 3 to 5, including SEN children as long as we can give a pedagogical answer and the correct therapeutic.

Inclusive Cycle 1

The Cycle 1 from AIS welcomes children aged 6 to 10, including SEN children as long as we can give a pedagogical answer and the correct therapeutic.

The Cycle 1 from AIS is inclusive and proposes significant, active, diversified, integral and socializing learning. It’s a knowledge through action in action.

The Special Education Department

As all the teaching levels are inclusive, Associação Infante de Sagres has formed a Special Education Department with experienced and specialized professionals. The SED (Special Education Department) is formed by: 6 Special Education teachers; 6 Specialized Technicians and 1 Psychologist.
