1. REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION PERIOD
Registrations are accepted throughout the year and applicants will be registered on a waiting list when no place is available.
A special application form must be completed for Children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) by parents/guardians.
When returning this application a meeting will be scheduled. All medical reports, special programs and assessments or documents that provide information to better assess the child’s needs must be sent to our institution by email.
The SEN children’s applications will be a priority process and it will be assessed our curriculum and therapist capability to benefit the child’s needs. The assessment will be taken by the classroom team and by the DEE (Special Education Department).

2. PRESENTATION MEETING AND SCHOOL CAMPUS VISIT
When appropriate Associação Infante de Sagres will organize general presentation and functioning meetings with a visit to the institution. During these meetings all the information can be provided.
All the applicants will be contacted to these meetings.
3. VACANCIES AND ADMISSION PROCESS
When the re-enrolment period is concluded the number of places is provisioned (January).
All the applicants will be registered in a waiting list when there is no place.
When a place becomes available, the Admission Office will determine the applicant according to the institution priorities.
4. TUITION FEES
The maximum tuition fee is €392 at nursery and kindergarten and €425 at Cycle 1. The meals are included.
Associação Infante de Sagres is an IPSS (Private Social Solidarity Institution). The Nursery and the Kindergarten school fees to the places that can benefit from the Social Security co-funding are based on the IRS and on the expenses declared.
Cycle 1 is not paid in accordance to the Social Security co-funding.
Tuition fees must be paid until the 10th of each month.
Any fee will not be returned if the student withdraws the school.
